Caring for your silver jewellery

Your silver jewellery should last a lifetime if cared for properly.  

You can ensure this by following these top tips:

• Avoid contact with any liquids or gels like cleaning solutions, moisturisers, perfumes and chemicals when cleaning or going places like swimming pools & jacuzzis!
• Store your jewellery in an air tight space when not being worn to reduce any humidity & contact with the air
• You can polish your silver with a silver cleaning cloth which has been impregnated with a special cleaner to keep your pieces sparkling.  You can buy one here.
• It is the copper content in sterling silver (925) that causes silver to tarnish as this reacts to the air, so as your piece is made from fine silver (999) which has a higher silver content it should tarnish less
• Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting ready!
