Hallmarked Bespoke One-off Pendant Design featuring a Garnet & Dragonfly

This large, statement silver pendant has been hand-made and is a truly unique creation, the only one of it's kind.  It has been hallmarked at The London Assay Office.  

The rectangular base piece features a double sided texture made from a mould I created using grasses and seed heads from the meadow below where I live. You won't ever see anyone else wearing a pendant like this!

The pretty dragonfly sits on top, with it's sparkling red garnet gemstone - the birthstone for January. For many dragonflies have special significance around transformation and renewal, so this could become an heirloom piece to treasure or remind the wearer of a loved one. The garnet was created in a lab, making it an ethical choice.

I love it in the summer when you see the bright colours of a dragonfly hovering briefly before they dart through the air.

The surface is so shiny it makes it hard to get a photo without other colours reflecting back in the piece.

The pendant is pure silver, the only colour is in the red of the garnet.
