The detail of this shell has been captured forever in silver.  I made a mould of the shell and then was able to push the wet silver clay into the mould, sanding and refining it before firing it in my kiln.  Once polished, by adding a light patina (the darker areas) the detail of the texture really shows up well. A truly unique creation.
