These solid silver acorn earrings are more than just jewellery; they are a direct imprint of a moment in nature. Each pair is created using a tiny, perfect acorn found during a walk at the historic Packwood House. I used a gentle moulding putty to capture every intricate detail of the acorn’s cap and smooth kernel, ensuring the original seed was unharmed and left free to grow into a future oak tree.
 
Using recycled silver clay, I hand-cast these tiny replicas before firing them in my kiln. The result is a pair of botanical stud earrings that embody the quiet beauty of the British countryside.
